OpSight is an Italian innovative startup headquartered in Milan. We do not sell generic platforms: we design AI systems tailored to our clients' specific processes, with care for real-world constraints — dirty data, legacy systems, non-technical operators, offline environments.

Approach
We start from the operational problem, not from the technology. Every project begins with a process analysis: then we design the minimum effective solution and iterate it with the end user.

Manufacturing, construction, plant engineering, industrial logistics. We know the constraints of these sectors: SAP data, Italian safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08), field operators, offline environments.
Our story
From a method to a platform for industry
OpSight was founded in Milan to bring AI where manufacturing companies pay the highest price for the lack of structured data: maintenance, document-heavy engineering processes, warehouse operations.
From field experience we developed a proprietary method that orchestrates three frontier technologies — computer vision, knowledge graphs and agents — inside industrial processes. The first terrain was industrial component recognition, the line we now call Maintenance. The method is subject to a patent application.
The same approach naturally opened the other two lines: Process Engineering, where AI agents automate safety documentation, commissioning plans and warehouse acceptance; and Warehouse, where we read SAP movements in real time to anticipate discrepancies that today only surface at year-end close.
The frontier of enterprise knowledge management is shifting: from documents to interactions, from static RAG to knowledge graphs that learn, from keyword search to semantic queries. OpSight was born to bring this frontier inside Italian industrial processes.
We are registered in the special section of the Milan Business Register reserved for innovative startups, with a significant portion of costs invested in research and development.
